Please read this to its entirety prior to placing a deposit or purchasing an animal.  We will assume you have read this upon placing deposit or purchase.   Any special amendments to this agreement will be in writing, signed by both parties. 

We reserve the right to refuse any sale for any reason. 

 

Non-reserved kids and mature animals sales-

A deposit of $100 will hold your desired available animal for 14 days, for you to arrange transportation.  If reserved animal has not been picked up within 14 days(with out other arrangements agreed upon, written up and signed off on by both parties), you forfeit your deposit and the animal will go to the next person in line/be relisted for sale.

Deposits can be sent via PayPal, money order, or personal check.  Reservation is not valid until deposit is received/processed.  Outstanding balance to be paid in full, at pick up, prior to loading for transport via cash or money order, we will not except a check for the outstanding balance upon pick up.

 

Kid reservation and deposits-

I will hold one reservation per sex of kid on a planned breeding.  Please get in touch about reserving any buckling you may be interested in.  Vast majority will be going as pack boys if they don’t have reservations.

When reserving a kid from a planned breeding a deposit of $100 will hold your desired kid for 30 days from notice of birth.  We will notify you within the first 24hrs of life.  If we have attempted to reach you and we receive no response from you within 10 days of our first attempt to notify you of birth, the kid will go to the next person in line/posted as available for purchase/retained, you forfeit your deposit.  If you have not picked your reserved kid up within those 30 days(with out other arrangements agreed upon, written up and signed off on by both parties) the kid will go to the next person in line/posted as available for purchase/retained, you forfeit your deposit. Reserved kids will be available for pick up between days 14-30 of life.  We like to keep the kids for those first 14 days to ensure they are up to our standards, on the bottle/kid bar, thriving and ready for transport.  

Should the unforeseen happen with kid in our care you have the right to change your reservation to another available planned breeding/available kid, buyer pays difference if applicable.  

Deposits are transferable to another available planned breeding/available animal, or the reservation may be amended as ‘standing’ if you are wanting a doeling/buckling from specific doe and would like to hold your place in line for the following year (planned breedings are subject to change from year to year, meaning that doe will likely be bred to a different buck) should your desired kid not be born.  Deposits are non-refundable after placed.

 

I am happy to hold a list of inquisitions if you’d like to be next in line should a buyer for whatever reason end up not purchasing the kid once on the ground.

If you wish to have your desired animal vetted before purchase this can be arranged at buyers cost.

​We are not responsible for any ailment that should arise after departure from our farm.

We reserve the right to not sell any kid that is not up to our standards.

Goats are herd animals!  In the case that you do not currently own goats and only want one doe for milking, most often we can arrange for a wether buddy but we will not allow a sale to a home with no companion.

We will not sell for pets!

$50 discount to 4-H kids or when purchasing multiple at a time.
